DESCRIPTION:Hello friend, I am happy to invite you to some Christ-Centered Yoga. There will be two class options as well as the option to attend both:\nPower yoga class from 9:30am – 10:30am.\nDeep Stretch and Surrender Class from 10:45am – 11:45am.\nThis is an untraditional yoga class and is taught from a Christian perspective as a form of worship and connection to God. Utilizing the same postures, but alongside the movement, incorporating scripture, worship music in the background, and a deep resting pose at the end to facilitate stillness with the Lord. \n-Bring a pillow and blanket from home (nothing fancy, just off your bed)\n*This is a donation-based class.
