Half Day Qigong/Meditation/Mindful Eating Retreat
Half-Day Retreat: A Journey into Joy and Inner Peace
Join us from 9:00 am – 12:00 pm for a morning dedicated to immersing your whole being in happiness, joy, peace, and gratitude.
Together we will experience:
- Two gentle Qigong sessions (30 minutes each) to awaken energy and restore balance.
- Two guided meditations, including a special Qigong healing meditation for deep renewal.
- A mindful eating practice, a sensory meditation with fruit or raisins that connects you fully with your body. I provide the fruit.
- Inspirational teachings on Qigong and the power of energy to transform your life.
Cost: $60/ person
