Usui Reiki 1 Certification Training with Blanca Ortiz

At this level, you will be introduced and attuned to traditional art of Reiki Healing. You will learn self-healing and energy clearing techniques to incorporate into your daily practice in order to keep you balanced and open to Reiki energy.​ Within 12 hours of training, you will also receive:
* FOUR first degree Reiki attunements
* History & origins of Reiki
* The Reiki precepts
* Grounding, centering
* Protection methods
* Hand positions on self and others
* Introduction to chakra system & endocrine system
* Healthy snacks & beverages
* Hands-on practice time
* Study manual
* Certificate of completion awarded

There are no pre-requisites for First Degree Reiki.
