My Story: One of my daughters was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes at the age of four. Although she would need insulin, I also believed that there were other ways that I could support her. This was my "ah-ha" moment and my "Why" for starting Our Intentional Lifestyle. Driven by the desire to help my daughter, I was fortunate to advance my personal knowledge of these matters by becoming a Certified Holistic Health Coach through The Institute of Integrative Nutrition.
I've lived the real-life struggles and have the solutions to help you live your best life! I now understand how nutrient-dense foods, exercise, stress, sleep, and gut health all play an important role in managing blood sugar and insulin sensitivity. I provide you with the tools and support to help you thrive with diabetes. When you prioritize your self-care mentally, physically, and emotionally, you don't have to choose between freedom and good blood sugars.
What started as my personal journey has now evolved into a mission to educate and encourage healthy, mindful living! I work with private clients and have created 3 programs, each tailored to a different concern.
