Provider Spotlight

I am a native Virginian. I went to American Spirit Institute in Williamsburg for massage school and graduated in 1999. I then moved to North Carolina and spent most of my time working at Advanced Pain Relief Center and The Edmund Center, both in Cornelius and Mooresville. I have had a wide variety of training but have focused mostly on Paul St John Neuromuscular Massage Therapy and Upledger Cranial Sacral Therapy. I can help with acute and chronic pain. I love helping with migraines and neck pain but also work a lot with lower back and other issues. Neuromuscular work focuses on finding and correcting the dysfunction in the muscular system for pain relief and better posture.
