Wayne Coolidge Jr., M.Ed., is an author, speaker, and innovative Health Promotion Scholar/practitioner. He owns Wayne Coolidge Health Promotion, a consulting firm specializing in healthy aging, nutrition, nutritional supplementation, fat loss, fitness, and disease prevention. He founded Shield Maiden Life, LLC, a women's health, fitness, and empowerment program based on the lifestyles of Viking Shield-maidens, and co-founded Stretch Spa Lake Norman with partner Kim Rodes.
