Not coached. Not fixed. Not told to be more productive.

But to exhale. To feel again. To come home to your body, your truth, your voice — month after month.

We gather once a month in person, for guided ritual, sacred processing, and emotional recalibration — no pressure to be “on,” just permission to be.
