Mindfulness and Meditation with Dr. Assaad Mounzer
Dr. Assaad Mounzer will be hosting a Mindfulness Class with Meditation each Wednesday evening at Soul Wellness. He will introduce the four keys of mindfulness: Attention and Intention, Values, Wisdom and Open Heart. You will also learn Self-Care, Self-Compassion, Building Resistance and Clarifying your Purpose.
