Energetic & Physical Self-Defense Workshop
Understanding how to protect yourself creates empowerment and confidence to make you feel more comfortable in your everyday life.
In this workshop, we will provide effective techniques to protect yourself both physically and energetically.
You will learn how to recognize and avoid dangerous situations and how to defend yourself, when necessary, through simple but effective striking skills, defense against grabs, holds, chokes & ground attack scenarios.
In addition, we will also cover various techniques to keep yourself energetically safe, grounded and protected.
The workshop is taught by Lori Petty and Michael Moran, 5th degree Blackbelt and Tactical Self-Defense, instructor.
Please wear comfortable clothes and shoes.
