Movement and Breathwork Exercises
Sound Bath and Reiki
This workshop will conclude with a sound bath accompanied by Reiki to help you relax and integrate what you have learned.
This workshop is ideal for anyone but especially helpful for those experiencing anxiety, depression, emotional outbursts, chronic stress, burn out, Chronic fatigue, overwhelm, chronic illness and more.
Please bring a yoga mat and art supplies you like and an open heart. Wear something comfortable.
