Hi, I’m Dr. Aubree Bennett. I’m a Naturopathic Physician with a doctorate from Sonoran University of Health Sciences (2020) and a Certified Associate Pranic Healer. My journey in natural medicine stems from a deep belief in the body’s innate ability to heal itself—whether from chronic conditions or acute illness—when given the right tools and support.
Since beginning my practice in 2020, I’ve helped individuals and families restore balance and vitality through a personalized blend of nutrition, homeopathy, and energy-based Pranic Healing. Along the way, I’ve pursued certifications across these modalities, ensuring that the care I provide is both grounded in evidence and guided by a holistic perspective.
I recently relocated to the beautiful Lake Norman area of North Carolina with my husband, children and our dogs, and I’m excited to grow roots here in this vibrant community. My passion is working alongside people who are ready to take ownership of their health, optimize their well-being, and live life with greater energy and fulfillment.
