Dr. Aubree Bennett is a Naturopathic Physician who earned her doctorate from Sonoran University of Health Sciences in 2020 and is a Certified Associate Pranic Healer. Her approach to natural medicine is rooted in a deep belief in the body’s innate ability to heal when provided with the right tools, education, and support—whether addressing chronic conditions or acute illness.
Since beginning her clinical practice in 2020, Dr. Bennett has helped individuals and families restore balance and vitality through a personalized, integrative approach that blends nutrition, homeopathy, and energy-based Pranic Healing. She has pursued advanced certifications across these modalities to ensure that each treatment plan is both evidence-informed and holistically guided.
Dr. Bennett recently relocated to the Lake Norman area of North Carolina with her husband, children, and dogs, and is excited to grow roots within this vibrant and health-conscious community.
