Hi, I’m Kirstan Shelley. I’ve been a nurse for over 15 years and hold a Bachelor’s degree in Health Promotion & Education. For most of my career, I worked at the bedside caring for patients in some of their most challenging moments. While I loved that work, I began to feel a deep calling to support people in a different way—not just in times of illness, but in building healthier, more balanced lives every day.
That’s what led me to health and wellness coaching. I believe wellness is more than the absence of disease—it’s about caring for the whole person: body, mind, and spirit. My role as your coach is to walk alongside you, offering support, accountability, and guidance as you create meaningful changes in your life.
